Usage Note 16878: Creating new users in SAS® Human Capital Management can overwrite existing users

When creating a new user in SAS Human Capital Management 3.1, you must be careful that you do not create a user with the same ID as an existing user. Doing this will cause the existing user to be overwritten with the properties of the new user.
