Problem Note 16852: Generic Library can not be modified in the SAS Management Console when locale is not en_US

When using the SAS^® Management Console to modify a Generic Library that is created with a locale other than the en_US locale, the following error may be encountered.

   java.lang.NullPointerException

The SAS Generic Library cannot be modified or changed.

To circumvent the problem, recreate the library with any new changes or modifications.
