Problem Note 16852: Generic Library can not be modified in the SAS Management Console when locale is not en_US

When using the SAS® Management Console to modify a Generic Library that is created with a locale other than the en_US locale, the following error may be encountered.
java.lang.NullPointerException at com.sas.workspace.visuals.LibraryPropertyView.setIsSASLibrary (Unknown Source) at com.sas.workspace.visuals.LibraryPropertyView.populateStore (Unknown Source) at com.sas.workspace.WATabbedPanel$cPopulateStoreRunnable.run (Unknown Source) at com.sas.workspace.OpRequestUI$cOperationThread.run(Unknown Source)
The SAS Generic Library cannot be modified or changed.
To circumvent the problem, recreate the library with any new changes or modifications.
