Problem Note 16789: PROC SHEWHART abends with ANNO= option and only a single subgroup

PROC SHEWHART terminates with

ERROR: Floating Point Zero Divide.
ERROR: Termination due to Floating Point Exception

when an annotate data set is specified with the ANNO= option and there is only a single subgroup.

To circumvent this problem, the annotation must be omitted in control charts with a single subgroup.
