Usage Note 16780: In SAS® Enterprise Miner™, Thai characters are changed to question marks when code windows are reopened

If you input Thai characters in any code window in Enterprise Miner and then close that window and reopen, the Thai characters are changed to question marks.
This problem will be fixed with SAS 9.1.3 SP4.
