Problem Note 16752: FSK_ALERT_EVENT.ALERT_ID incorrectly populated with the SAR_ID in SAS® Money Laundering Detection

The FSK_ALERT_EVENT.ALERT_ID field is being incorrectly populated with the SAR_ID.
Currently this will only cause a problem within custom written reports.
