SAS® Campaign Studio will not work with LDAP as the authentication provider unless you define the user with the domain name (userid@domain) within the LDAP directory. Attempting to login to Campaign Studio will result in an error:
It is possible to successfully login if the userid@domain is created within the LDAP directory.
