The online help for the Scenario Administrator is referencing
!SASROOT\mnyd
which is invalid. The online help should be pointing to
!SASROOT\detectionsrv.
A work around exists by copying
!SASROOT\detectionsvr\sasmisc\scenario\help
to a new directory
!SASROOT\mnyd\sasmisc\scenario\help
