Problem Note 16704: NLDATMw. format produces incorrect results
Beginning in SAS 9, the NLDATMw. format may produce incorrect results
with LOCALE=Japanese_Japan specified. This problem occurs with field
widths up to and including the default of 30.
This problem is corrected in SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4.
