Problem Note 16675: Hot fix available to enable new enhancements and apply additional fixes in IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) 2.1

A required Technical Support hot fix is available for SAS IT Service
Level Management (ITSLM) 2.1 to incorporate new enhancements and fixes
in the following areas of the software:

   o Client-server communication interface
   o ETL, validation and synchronization
   o Reporting
   o Client GUI

The current IT Resource Management (ITRM) 2.7 hot fix bundle is also
required.  It can be downloaded from the SAS Hot Fix download site at:
