Problem Note 16664: Problem exporting to Microsoft Excel from webAF software or webEIS software in non-English locales

When exporting to Microsoft Excel from a SAS® Appdev Studio 3.0 application, the generated Excel file may not contain the proper delimiter. This is caused by incorrect translation in resource files for certain locales.
