Problem Note 16657: Repeat of INCLUDE command frees PDS allocation

Issuing the INCLUDE command twice for the same PDS member during a TSO SAS session may result in the following message appearing on the DMS (Display Manager) screen:
ERROR: Cannot open FILEREF(MEMBER1)
The following message is also generated in the SAS Log:
ERROR: Dataset XX.YY.ZZZ is not a pds.
If this problem occurs, the PDS has been freed and is not available for the current SAS session.
Using the INCLUDE statement in this manner may also cause these errors.
This problem will be corrected in a future release of the SAS® System.
