Problem Note 16633: Internal error when updating contact history from campaign menu
If you create and save a campaign in Campaign Studio and then attempt to
update Contact History from the menu item: Campaign -> Communications
you may receive the following error:
Campaign Studio has encountered an internal error.
Please contact your system administrator to report the problem.
To avoid the error, you can run the Communication first (with the option
to Update Contact History) before attempting to update Contact History
using the Communications menu item.
