Problem Note 16585: Java thread deadlock may occur when concurrent users optimize
simultaneously
If a large number of concurrent users try to optimize simultaneously in
either SAS® Promotion Optimization or SAS® Markdown Optimization, a Java
thread deadlock may occur.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
