Problem Note 16472: Java exception error when opening Interactive window if using non-English regional setting

If you specify any non-English setting under Control Panel►Regional and Language options on your computer, SAS® Text Miner will return a java exception error when initially opening the SAS Text Miner interactive window:
The interactive window is gray or blank, and unusable.
