Problem Note 16452: Cannot import calculated data items with Marketing Automation integration utilities

Attempts to import or promote a SAS® Marketing Automation campaign or diagram using the Integration Utilities will fail with a java exception if the diagram contains a calculated data item. The exception starts with:
com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: Cannot Create DOClass<CalculatedItemDO> at com.sas.analytics.crm.auxdataio.util.XMLHandler.findDOClass (XMLHandler.java:1346) ...
To import the campaign, you must remove the calculated data items.
