When creating a Stored Process using Enterprise Guide, you may receive
the following error message if you attempt to create a Stored Process in
a Metadata folder for which you do not have sufficient authorization.

   "The stored process authoring component encountered an error either
   with the metadata server or the stored process server. Please view
   details to get specific information on this error."

   "Exception from HRESULT:0x80041001"

If you receive this error message, then using the SAS Management
Console, go to the "Stored Process Manager" and check the Authorization
of the Metadata folder in which you are trying to save your Stored
Process. Select the "Authorization" tab.  Then, make sure that "PUBLIC"
has at least the following Permissions:

    ReadMetadata
    CheckInMetadata
    WriteMetadata
