Problem Note 16404: IGNORE_MISSING_DIMKEYS=VERBOSE returns incorrect value for character keys

If the IGNORE_MISSING_DIMKEYS=VERBOSE options is used in PROC OLAP and a character dimension key is ignored, the warning message may contain an incorrect value expressed as an exponential number. For example,
WARNING: Ignoring key 0.17452E-309 that was found in fact table
for a member of the 'XXX' dimension but that cannot be found in
the 'XXX.XXX' dimension table.
Numeric keys will return the correct numeric value.
