Problem Note 16273: Cubes with ragged hierarchies may not list all values in the in the filter list

The Filter list in Visual Data Explorer (VDE) of SAS® Information Delivery Portal or SAS® Web OLAP Viewer for Java (SWOVJ) may not list all values if EMPTY_CHAR values occur at levels below the member on which you're filtering.
