Problem Note 16193: Application Server File Upload feature has a data integrity problem
The SAS/IntrNet Application Server "File Upload" feature has a data
integrity problem that may cause data to be lost in an uploaded file.
This problem is especially likely to occur if the SAS/IntrNet
Application Server is running on the Windows 2000.
For example, on Windows 2000, if an original XLS file is 13,824 bytes,
the uploaded file gets truncated to 11,396 bytes. Other file types
(for example, CSV files or HTML files) are may also truncated
when they are uploaded.
