Problem Note 16170: Bookmark being added to the wrong bookmark portlet

When any user in the Portal Admins group logs in, except saswbadm, any bookmarks added to the Bookmark Portlet will actually be added to saswbadm's Bookmark Portlet. The bookmarks will not appear in the user's Bookmark Portlet.
