Problem Note 16009: Newly created permission is not available in Authorization tab

After creating a new permission under the Permissions tree in the Authorization Manager, the permission is not available to use in the Authorization tab of an object. The new permission will also no longer be displayed in the Permissions tree once SAS® Management Console has been refreshed or restarted.
