DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

A mixture of English and non-English characters may appear in the Preferences web application in the Information Delivery Portal. This problem will occur if the following are true:

  1. The 'Default locale' is set to 'Browser Default'.
  2. Internet Explorer (IE) has no languages set in it's Language Preferences.
  3. Tomcat and Remote Services are running in a non-English language.

To correct the problem, clear out the incorrect preference by going to Preferences, selecting Language, selecting the 'Restore Defaults' button, and selecting the 'Cancel' button.
