Usage Note 16926: A schema value is required when you define a DBMS library in SASĀ® Management Console
In SAS® Foundation, the SCHEMA= option is not required when you use a LIBNAME statement with a SAS/ACCESS® engine. The SCHEMA value defaults to the database user ID. However, when you define your database management system (DBMS) library with the Data Library Manager in SAS Management Console, you are required to provide a schema value. You cannot let it default to your user ID.
There is no workaround for this problem. However, the issue is resolved in SAS® 9.3.
