Problem Note 16876: Scorecard node calculates incorrect score points for observations with missing values
The SAS
® Enterprise Miner™ Scorecard code and the numbers it produces are incorrect if there are missing values in the data. The actual scorecard is correct, however the SAS Scorecard code that the node outputs to create the
empirical odds plot and sends to succeeding nodes is incorrect.
The scorecode places observations with missing values in the wrong grouping causing the resulting group variables and corresponding WOE values to be incorrect.
There are no error or warning messages to indicate a problem.
The only way to see that the problem exists is to find an input variable that has missing values. Then, compare the scorecard point values for each group against the scoring code that is created for that variable. The problem has occurred if the score points are different.
