Usage Note 16840: "ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE cannot be loaded. ERROR:
Image SASORA found but not loadable"
Customers using Windows SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle may
receive the following errors from code that has previously
been successful:
ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE cannot be loaded.
ERROR: Image SASORA found but not loadable.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
This can happen if the Oracle Server has been updated with
SQL Loader in order for SAS to use Oracle Bulkload.
When the Oracle SQL Loader is installed to an existing Oracle
Server, the pre-existing user permissions may be overwriten.
The SAS user may no longer have the needed permissions to certain
areas of the Oracle Server.
The Oracle permissions will have to be reassigned.
