Problem Note 16831: "Error Trying to Establish Connection" Using OLE DB Provider from Oracle
Using SAS/ACCESS Interface to OLE DB and assigning a LIBNAME statement
to an Oracle database, using the Oracle OLE DB provider, the following
error may be returned:
ERROR: Error trying to establish connection: Unable to create Data
Source.: Class not registered
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
This error can be returned when the OraOLEDB.dll is not registered
during the installation of the provider.
