Problem Note 16758: Use caution when adding a user and then updating privileges within SAS®
Money Laundering Detection
In SAS Money Laundering Detection, when adding a new user to the User
Administrator, the users are resorted in the select list box. However,
the first user is always selected.
This can cause problems if the application user continues to update the
privileges after a user has been added and does not verify that the
correct user is selected.
If this occurs and the user inadvertently corrupts the UserAdmin, they
can lock themselves out of the application.
If the newly added user is selected, then the natural flow of updating
immediately after an add would not cause a corruption of the user's
profiles and passwords.
