Problem Note 16754: Details frame counters are not disabled during "View All Rows" within
SAS® Money Laundering Detection
When in the Investigation UI and switching to the "View All Rows" for
Details frame, the counters should be disabled since all rows are
displayed and thus there is no ability to view the "next" or "previous"
row. The counters should not report any numbers.
