Usage Note 16539: Export/Import Error: The Microsoft Jet Database Engine can't open the
file
When you attempt to export your staging tables to either MS-Access or
MS-Excel, you may receive the following error message:

1. The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file
'\\share\folder\file.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another
user, or you need permission to view its data.
Warnings
Total Number of Warnings: 0
Where \\share\folder\file.mdb is the name of your MS-Access or MS-Excel
file that you're trying to export data to.
In addition to instructions found in SAS NOTE #014753 , if your
Operating System is Windows 2003 server, please add "NETWORK SERVICE" to
have read/write permission to the share folder.
