Usage Note 16465: Product not licensed message when adding a Performance Dashboard Portlet
to Portal
If you have the Key Performance Indicator product, and you attempt to
add a Performance Dashboard Portlet to the Portal, you may receive the
following message:
The product you are trying to access is either not fully installed or
its license has expired. The administrator of this application has
been notified.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
