Problem Note 16340: Abnormal termination when OUTMODEL= used with BY statement
When the OUTMODEL= option is used in conjunction with a BY statement in
PROC LOGISTIC, the procedure will abnormally terminate (with an error
such as Read Access Violation, Segmentation Violation, or other
depending on the operating system).
To circumvent the problem, use either the OUTMODEL= option or the BY
statement, but not both.
