Problem Note 16097: Incorrect shortcuts for Analytics Platform management functions
Attempting to perform any of the Analytics Platform management
functions (configure, start, stop or invoke the server console)
on a windows operating system via the start menu shortcuts will
result in notification that the shortcut is missing.
