Problem Note 16046: Portal userid information wraps when browser is resized

When using SAS 9.1.3 SP3, the userid logging in to the Information Delivery Portal will be displayed on the top right corner of the browser. However, if the browser is resized, the userid wraps over any text or information in that corner of the browser.
