Usage Note 16020: "Event Log File is Full" error when trying to logon to SAS
Activity-Based Management
When you log into SAS Activity Based Management by the client or by the
Administrator, you may receive the following error:
"Server was unable to process requests"
Details <<
"Exception has been thrown out"
"Event Log File is Full"
You might need to clear your event viewer logs to resolve the problem.
Note that when clearing the logs you have an option to save or delete
them.
To clear the logs:
1. Go to Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools >
Event Viewer
2. Right click on Application and choose "Clear all events"
3. Right click on Security and choose "Clear all events"
4. Right click on System and choose "Clear all events"
Then test your client or administrator again.
