Problem Note 15878: FastExport may hang on a busy system on a busy Teradata system

When your Teradata system is very busy, FastExport may hang if all the data cannot be sent with one attempt. This hang occurs beginning with SAS 9 but a hotfix is available for SAS 9.1.3 SP3.
