Usage Note 15782: Problems with hyperlinks between diagrams in Strategic Performance Management 2.1

In Strategic Performance Management (SPM) 2.1, you may have a problem with hyperlinks between diagrams. When you click on a link in a diagram that takes you to another diagram, you may find that hyperlinks become inactive in the newly displayed diagram. You can make the hyperlinks active again by performing a refresh in the portal, not a browser refresh.
