Problem Note 15703: Specifying Thai encoding and a file containing Thai characters on the INFILE statement causes error on Unix

If you specify Thai encoding for the session (either by -locale thai or -encoding thai) and you also specify a Thai file name on the INFILE statement, you will receive the following error:

ERROR: Physical file does not exist.

This problem occurs only on Unix systems.
