Problem Note 15507: "Item Paste not found" error when editing a broadcast in Korean version of SAS Email Marketing

When using the Korean installation of SAS Email Marketing, the following error occurs if an attempt is made to edit a broadcast by highlighting it, clicking the right mouse button and then selecting Edit.
Item Paste not found.
The error occurs because the Korean xml menu is incorrect.
