Usage Note 15480: "Forbidden. You do not have permission" error in ITRM

If you use the ITRM QuickStart wizard to generate web pages and you then open the SAR System Analysis web page and select Tabular->Processor and then click on View to see a report, you will receive an error similar to the following:
Forbidden. You do not have permission to access
.../qs/rsarxbp/QRCPUU18_page1.htm on this server.
As a temporary fix, rename the .htm file to all uppercase characters.
A software defect has been entered and a fix is being prepared.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
