Problem Note 15475: When used with PROC REG, path in LIBNAME statement cannot contain DBCS characters
SAS® 9.1.3 supports DBCS characters in the LIBNAME statement.
However, a LIBNAME statement containing DBCS characters does not
work with PROC REG. This includes Traditional Chinese, Korean,
and Japanese characters.
