Problem Note 15474: LDAP_PRIV_PW cannot be encrypted
The LDAP system environment variable, LDAP_PRIV_PW, does not support
encryption.
To circumvent the problem, define the LDAP directory server to support
anonymous binds. The LDAP_PRIV_PW environment is not required if the
LDAP directory server supports anonymous binds.
