Problem Note 15446: Code generated by SAS OLAP Cube Studio may have an invalid format option
The PROC OLAP code generated by SAS® OLAP Cube Studio may contain an
invalid format option in the level statement. This can be corrected by
removing the FORMAT option and using a FORMAT statement instead:

/* Valid code */
level month type=month caption='Month' sort_order=ascending;
format month monname3.;
