Problem Note 15425: EMPTY= option ignored in flattened row sets

The EMPTY option of the LEVEL statement within PROC OLAP is ignored when a flattened row set is requested, such as from PROC SQL Pass-Through. Security issues related to this are also covered in service pack 3.
