Problem Note 15412: "ERROR: The class ordinals cannot be initialized." may be received when building an OLAP cube

When attempting to build a Multiple Language Support (MLS) SAS OLAP Cube from a star schema that that contains multiple hierarchies that share the same level, the cube will not be successfully created and you will receive errors such as the following:
NOTE: Reading the specified data set "DSNAME" for the "DIMNAME"
dimension.
ERROR: The class ordinals cannot be initialized.
ERROR: Cube "CUBENAME" cannot be created.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
