When attempting to use the WebDAV Content portlets, the WebDAV Graph portlets, the Alerts portlet or the WebDAV Navigator portlet in the Information Delivery Portal, the following error may occur:

This error will occur if Xythos is not used as the WebDAV server for the Portal. The Xythos WebDAV server is required to use these portlets.

The above error will also occur if the port number specified for the WebDAVDemo value is incorrect in the BIP Information Service in the SAS^® Management Console.

To correct the port number, do the following:

1. In the SAS Management Console, expand the Portal Service definitions in Foundation Services Manager.
2. Expand ID Portal Local Services and BIP Local Services OMR.
3. Right click on the BIP Information Service entry and select Properties.
4. On the Service Configuration tab, select the Edit Configuration button. Then select the Repositories tab and highlight the WebDAV repository entry under the Information Repositories window.
5. Click on the Edit button and correct the port number specified.

After making the above changes in the Metadata Repository, restart the servlet container before attempting to open the Portal.
