Errors can occur when attempting a bulkload while running Oracle 9i on z/OS 1.6 due to several Oracle issues. Running a bulkload in batch may result in several CEE3611I messages appearing in the log.

   CEE3627I The following messages pertain to the programmer default
            run-time options.
   CEE3611I The run-time option LIBRARY was an invalid run-time option
            or is not supported in this release of Language Environment.
   CEE3611I The run-time option RTLS was an invalid run-time option or
            is not supported in this release of Language Environment.
   CEE3611I The run-time option VERSION was an invalid run-time option
            or is not supported in this release of Language Environment.

These LE informational message can be ignored.

Running the bulkload interactively can result in an A03 abend.
