Usage Note 15361: Cost does not roll up when Driver Quantity Fixed is zero using SAS Activity-Based Management

The problem occurs in SAS® Activity-Based Management with Hotfix 1 applied. If accounts in the External Unit module have assignments to accounts in the Activity Module with a DriverQuantityFixed (DQF) value of zero and fixed cost allocation, the allocated cost is not rolled up into the cost value of the destination account.
