Problem Note 15355: Winter Theme covers part of Logo and Options Menu. Default Theme has "look through" appearance.

Using the Winter Theme, the Menu items across the top of the Portal (Options, Search, Logoff <userid>, Help) start to wrap when the width of the browser window is narrowed.
The wrapping also occurs with the Default theme. However, you can "look through" the wrapped line and see the logo and other content.
