The OMABAKUP macro will fail when run against Window NT server and SAS^® 9.1.3 SP2.

When %OMABAKUP fails, the following errors will be present in the log.

   ERROR: Command returned error code 4, see "Foundation_err"

   ERROR: Command returned error code 4, see "REPOSMGR_err"
