Problem Note 15333: Remove button and Unselect/Select All checkbox not working correctly in Alerts portlet.

The "Remove" button in the Alerts Portlet remains greyed out (disabled) even when items are selected.
Also, the 'Unselect/Select All' checkbox does not work correctly. If no items are explicitly selected and you check 'Select All', no items are selected. If one or more items are explicitly selected including the first item, and you check 'Unselect All', all but the first item are unselected.
